An assessment of the Nevada Operations of Multi-Automated Data Systems (NOMADS) was conducted in November 1998. The report containing OCSE`s findings was issued to the State of Nevada on February 4, 1999. On April 7, 1999 the State provided OCSE with responses to these findings. There were some areas of contention. The purpose of this report is to provide an update of OCSE`s findings based on the State`s written reponses and discussions held with State personnel.
